It’s no secret that first impression is everything. Upon walking into any company, consumers will determine whether they want to do business with that company based on the first few minutes of interaction with the first person they see. In our case, that first face is Susana Rebecca Alonzo, and we couldn’t be happier!

Since starting with Sanchez Financial Consultants in 2021, Susana has been an exceptional receptionist. Greeting each client—and potential client—with a welcoming smile and positive attitude. She clearly understands how important it is for everyone to feel welcomed, whether its clients who walk through our doors, call our office, or send us an email, her previous positions in customer service certainly have given her the insight needed in understanding how important it is for consumers to feel they made the right decision in choosing Sanchez Financial Consultants.
